[ENG] Leading with Intention: The Clarity Compass
Leadership today rarely involves clear-cut choices. More often, leaders are navigating tensions—between speed and rigor, innovation and stability, autonomy and alignment. The Clarity Compass is a simple but powerful framework designed to help leaders step back, cut through complexity, and see these dynamics more clearly. By distinguishing facts from interpretations and recognizing the polarities that shape organizational life, the tool helps leaders move beyond “either/or” thinking toward a more effective “both/and” approach.
In this 60-minute session in English, participants will learn the Clarity Compass model and the principles behind polarity thinking, and immediately put them into practice. Through real-world examples and a short interactive exercise, leaders will apply the framework to a current challenge and leave with a practical tool they can use to navigate complexity, make clearer decisions, and lead with greater intention.
